The My Credit Guy Promise
We won't, enroll a client without a proper review of their credit report, if they don't need our services we'll provide them with free advice to help them reach their goal of homeownership.
We won't, charge a setup fee or enrollment fee, we bill in arrears and the first invoice isn't processed until after they've been in service for 30 days and services have been rendered.
We won't, blanket dispute inaccuracies on the credit report, each line item is custom disputed with all three credit bureaus to ensure the best results possible.
We won't, bounce clients around to different employees or charge them extra to help negotiate settlements and removals of accounts.
We won't, take days to respond to emails, voicemails or text messages, we provide monthly progress updates and next steps and our team is available to chat Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
We won't, drag out the process, after the initial scrub is complete we create a game plan for the fastest turnaround time and if needed contact our debt settlement team to schedule a 3 way call with the client to negotiate on accounts.
